We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our after Hours Call Center in Murray, KY. Job Responsibilities: Contacting all patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information and placing the order in a timely manner during non-business hours. Essential responsibilities include:
Obtains medically necessary documentation.
Verifies orders are complete
Processes patient orders through Online Pharmacy system.
Accurately transcribes patient profile over telephone including data entry of information and possible outbound calling.
Resolves tracking issues and reschedules shipping orders for patients.
Troubleshoots problems based on patient input regarding the scope and/or magnitude of failure.
Job Requirements :
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications (including, but not limited to Word and Excel). Experience in a medical field and administrative record management preferred, but not required. Strong customer service background preferred. General knowledge of internet navigation and research, e-mail, fax transmission, and copy equipment are essential. Rotech offers:
